Catman
The late Native American and U.S. Navy veteran underwent extensive surgery to look like his totem animal, a "female" tiger. Modifications included: extensive tattooing, transdermal implants to allow whiskers to be worn, breast implants, facial implants to change its shape, the surgical splitting of the top lip and "pointing" of ears. Lastly his teeth were filed alongside implants to make them look more like a tiger's.

Lizardman
He's the first person to have a split tongue and believed to have led this modification's popularity in some circles. Sprague's transformed himself into a reptile via 700 hours of tattooing, 5 teflon horns implanted beneath his eyebrows, teeth filed into sharp fangs, bifurcation of his tongue, and the stretching of his septum and earlobes.

Zombie Boy
So far, the artist, actor and fashion model has had more than 24 hours of tattooing to appear like a living skeleton "Zombie". In 2013 Rico was a guest in Austria's 'Next Top Model' TV show and now is in Los Angeles recording his latest music project.

The Leopard Man
Formerly considered by the Guinness Book of World Records to be the world's most tattooed man, Leppard, fled society after spending £5,500 to have his body covered in leopard-like spots. The ex-soldier lived on the secluded Isle of Skye, Scotland and travelled by canoe to buy supplies and pick up his pension. However, in 2008 he moved to a small town saying, "I'm getting too old for that kind of life".

The Zebra Man
A professional freak and sideshow performer, Ridler was an English aristocrat who returned from WWI to London where he began his transformation into one of the world's greatest oddity. Tattooed from head to toe in black and white stripes, he became as outrageous in personality. He took to wearing lipstick and nail polish and signed himself as, ‘The Barbaric Beauty’. He insisted shortly before his death in 1969, “underneath it all, I’m just an ordinary man”.


Elaine Davidson
The native of Brazil is the World's Most Pierced Woman, according to the Guinness World Records. As of 2009 Davidson's piercings totaled 6,005, which include those on her tongue alongside a 1" gauged hole. She's more piercings on and in her genitalia than any other part of the body (500 in all). Her jewelry's estimated weight is about 7 lbs

Vampire Lady
The mother and former attorney is a native of Mexico. Once a sufferer of domestic violence, she now runs an agency to help others. Alongside a mere 2% of her body NOT covered with tattoos, Maria has 4 fangs dentally implanted and titanium horns surgically placed beneath her forehead skin. She claims, piercings and tattoos are her way of recovering from abuse trauma and that she uses her appearance to help raise awareness to help others

Engima & Tiger Lady
Enigma's the guy with blue puzzle pieces tattooed over his body, and known for performing stunts such as sword swallowing, pushing a moving power drill up his nose and swallowing various liquids, then pumping them out of his stomach and swallowing them again. Enigma is also an accomplished musician and so is his ex-wife, Tiger Lady.

Living Art
He's an art & culture critic in Geneva who just happens to be covered in some of the most vibrant tattoos ever. He also has silicon horn implants under the forehead skin, 2.7" gauged rings in each earlobe and plexiglass piercings through the nose and under his bottom lip. He claims his tattoos are art.

Lucky Diamond Rich
The chainsaw juggling, unicycling, sword-swallowing performer from Australia dons the ultimate in multi-layered tattooing. He's spent over 1,000 hours having his body modified by hundreds of international tattoo artists. He began by having a full collection of colorful designs tattooed over his entire body, THEN he covered it all with black designs. NOW he being tattooed again with white ink over and on top of the black! He is officially the 'World's Most Tattooed Person', having 100% full body coverage.
